About Islander

Under sail, your dream sailing adventure in the Islands.

It was love at first sight when Charlie and Patti first set eyes on Islander. She's the perfect charter yacht. An Irwin 46 center cockpit staysail ketch designed for island hopping in luxury. The over-all length is 50 feet not counting the sport dinghy hanging by the stern on davits. She weighs in at 33,000lbs for comfortable, safe cruising and is powered by a 62 HP Perkins Diesel. Three of the four sails are self-tacking for ease of handling; she's a gentleman's yacht.
